Occupation: Elementary school teacher
Hobbies: Gardening, reading , listening to music, dancing, watching movies , walks on the beach , spending time with family.
How many children do you have? 2 daughters
What do you enjoy about being a mom? I enjoy the most as a mom: watching my daughters grow and spending time with them, enjoying one another’s company, partaking in family events , dining together, and traveling together.
What advice do you have for a new mom? Always try to embrace life to the fullest, never stop doing what you enjoy, never go to bed upset, always be thankful for your blessings, never be too busy to help a loved one. Always be quick to forgive, a positive attitude makes a huge difference on how your day flows, open communication is the key to a healthy relationship, listen to the subtle messages between the lines before you react and lastly look through the lens of love and don’t be quick to judge what you see on the exterior.
Why did you pick Lisa 2.0 dress and what do you love about it? I picked this dress because I love the bright magenta color which complements my fair skin tone and brings out my dark brown hair color. I also like that it is one solid color which helps hide my imperfections. The round modest neckline, tapered waistline and 3/4 length ruffled sleeves are very flattering for a curvy body like mine.

What are some of your favorite things to do with your mother? My mom and I work together so my teacher role model was my mother. We like to gossip about the things happening at work. We also love going out to eat and talking about everything and anything. We also just like to spend time with each other at home, being present with one another.
What’s something that your mom said or did that you didn’t understand until you were older? Something my mom said when I was younger that I didn't understand until now was that I couldn't hang out with certain kids. At the time, I did not understand what the big deal was, who my friends were. Now as an adult, I realize that your friends have a big impact on your life and they help mold you to who you are today. By hanging out with the wrong crowd, it can influence you in a negative way.
I appreciate my mom because…I appreciate my mom because she is always someone I can rely on when I need to vent, a shoulder to cry on, advice, or basically anything.
Why did you pick the Sunny dress and what do you love about it? I chose this dress because of the beautiful pattern and color scheme on the dress. I also loved the tea length and the sheer overlay to cover my arms and also feel the breeze during the summer and springtime.

What do enjoy about being a mom? Having children that are grown, and raising children that are happy. Also showing my kids what it means to be happy.

Why did you pick the Lisa dress and what do you love about it? The dress was eye-catching, I love the fit and feel of the material against my skin. The embellishment hides my “mom tummy” and the tulip hem allows it to be dressed up or down

What advice do you have for a new mom? Enjoy them and accept each child is different and will need different things from you.
Why did you pick the Jessie dress and what do you love about it? I love it because you can make it look different every time you wear it with tops and belts. Also very comfortable!

 What’s something that your mom said or did that you didn’t understand until you were older? I truly feel I have understood my Moms actions because they always come from pure intentions. I understand that doing what is right will always get you further in life.

Why did you pick the Jessie dress and what do you love about it? I love thrifting my clothes so I really liked that the floral pattern gave it a vintage feel. I also wanted to pick a dress that looked nice next to the dress my Mom chose.
